Large Solar PV from 1,000-7,800 Kwh/Month

Large Solar Power Systems involve combining "Strings" of Solar PV arrays.
The Solar PV Modules for large systems are typically rated at 160 Watt, 180 Watt, and 190 Watt power ratings. Arrays are formed by interconnecting the PV panels in Series, or Parallel to produce a desired building block "String".
These strings, usually at 48 Volts DC, are then brought together with a Combiner Box, usually fused, that produces two main feeds, the grounded negative and the positive.
These feeds input power into the SunnyBoy, Xantrex, or Outback Grid Tie inverters that condition the power to be put into the Grid.
For large Solar power systems these SunnyBoy inverters are themselves combined using the SunnyTower up to 42 kilowatts total output.
